Also I give & bequeath unto my sister Patience Hodges my negro slave called Isaac _ Also I hereby order & direct that my executor hereafter named do make sale of negro man Peter at public outcry & that they do pay & discharge with the money arising thereby all my just debts & that the over plush /if any/ be divided in the same manner & accounted as the residue of my estate.
